First launch: this is an early beta and isn't notarized yet, so after the first blocked attempt go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.
Still blocked, or macOS says the app is damaged? Move AssetSnap to your Applications folder, run this in Terminal, then relaunch:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/AssetSnap.app
